FAQS

When will I be billed for my Perkaloo account?

All PERKMASTER accounts are billed R1 on the day the account is created. This is just to verify your card details. The remainder of the membership fees will be charged at the end of the month.

When will I be billed for my employees’ Perkaloo account?

Only the PERKMASTER (account holder) account is billed on the day the account is created. All other accounts will be billed at the beginning of the next calendar month.

Can my employees start using their Perkaloo account before the accounts are billed?

Yes. Your employees will have full use of their Perkaloo accounts as soon as those accounts are created.

How many employees accounts can I add in Perkaloo?

You can add as many accounts as you want. There is no upper limit to the number of PERKBOSS (admin) or PERKSTAR (employee) accounts you can add.
